Not everyone needs to move in to move forward.

Our coaching program brings the heart of Gemba to young adults living at home, in a dorm, or out on their own for the first time. Same philosophy. Same people. Same belief that growth happens in real life, not in a waiting room.

These packages are built for emerging adults, ages 18 and up, including high school seniors who are getting ready to launch. Whether your young person needs help running their own days, staying on track in school, or finding a footing in work, we meet them where they are and build from there.

Who This Is For

Coaching tends to be the right fit when a young adult is capable and motivated, but the day-to-day systems just aren't clicking yet. You might recognize some of this:

• A high school senior who needs a runway before independence, not a safety net under it.

• A college student who is bright but drowning in the logistics of managing their own life.

• A young adult living at home who is ready to build momentum toward work, school, or their own place.

• A family that wants real, structured support without a residential commitment.
